For a rental fee of 75 SEK per day, bikes are available at the front desk. Discover the area around Nya Varvet or the charming suburbs of Majorna, Saltholmen and Långedrag. There are plenty of cycle paths to choose from.

Lunch by the sea!

By popular demand the restaurant at Nya Varvet Studios now provides Lunch of the Day on the glorious glass veranda every weekday between 11:30 and 14:00. Our home cooked dishes – composed daily using the choicest ingredients and inspirational cuisine – vary between meat, poultry and fish. You'll find weekly lunch menus under ”food & drink”.

Congratulations Eva Pålsson!

During Konfexmässan in February we had a competition together with the magazine Konferensvärlden (Conference World) where you could win an overnight stay for two at Nya Varvet Studios, including dinner.

The lucky winner of the competition is Eva Pålsson, Posten AB.

Reception’s new opening times

From 11th January 2010 the reception is open weekdays 07:00-23:00 and weekends 8:00-23:00.

Newly renovated room and new bistro

Now winter’s major building projects are finished! The main building has received a new reception, bistro/breakfast room and bar, as well as a new restaurant. We serve lighter meals, such as pies, lasagne, sandwiches, and home-baked dishes. We have a fully licensed bar for beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.

We have built a new room for disabled guests and adapted the toilets and the conference rooms for easy access. All conference rooms have been renovated and one new room has been added.

During 2009 we also renovated 12 rooms in Building 27 and built a new easy access entrance. Renovation of the rooms continues during 2010 and we’re also building a new family room in building 23.
